Uninstall Logitech Options from Settings > Apps. Thankfully it isn’t difficult to make your device detect your USB device. I have tried installing previous versions, un-paring, restarting, Safe Mode, etc. It’s awful because I love the mouse and would consider getting the new version. (SmartDock applies to US and Canada only. If you are using the Logitech G27 driving wheel on Windows 10, or at least trying to use it, then you might experience the issue of Logitech G27 not getting recognized. Type in 'Device Manager' in the Start menu. On my computer, in the action centre, the bluetooth square is blue, but when I go to Connected Devices and Add A Device it doesn't find anything. This issue has existed on Windows since the days of Windows 98, and sadly, Windows 10 also seems to have inherited the quirk. Many people have reported submitting tickets but not getting any response or resolution.
