Twitch was working to create a huge library of music that streamers will be able to play while they stream, this was supported by labels such as Monstercat, Fool’s Gold, Mad Decent and Rhymesayers.The library used to be found at music.twitch.tv but it has since disappeared!. hmmmm.Its okay if it's on the list, public domain, or allowed by n the artist/producer.That page was populated when I checked a couple months ago, but it shows as empty for me as well.AFAIK Twitch has been silent on the issue.For example here is a snapshot from 2016:Can confirm there was a huge list of songs there as recently as late November. From my understanding twitch uses serverside software to detect the music that is being played.
