There are 3 areas on the OTF floor: the treadmills/strider/bikes, the rowers, and then the weight floor. I started OTF in November per your suggestion. Each tread workout is timed differently. But that goes for anything. First class free Can’t say enough positive things about OTF!! Started with going 3-4 times a week and now I am up 5 and I’ve never felt better. I go at 5am while my husband and kids are sleeping and I look forward to it. I truly feel the coaches can either help a lot or really ruin the class. Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a-kind workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing, TRX straps, and free weights to tone your body and gain energy throughout the day. When I first started I couldn’t even run a mile. I was very intimidated in the beginning and even before I started. When I started I was 161 pounds and when I stopped I was down to 145 pounds!

I have been going since December and I LOVE it. I’ve been power walking so far because I’ve never been a runner, and that stuff is no joke!

I admit I’m sometimes too obsessed with it though.

Everyone is there for themselves and not focused on other people in the class. Corporate policies, Standard Operating Procedures, operational and programmatic workflow processes and inventory were finalized and implemented with the OTF employees on April 20, 2020.During the month of April, OTF’s General Counsel and CFO have continued to audit and streamline compliance processes with the assistance of an outside Grants Management consultant. Tay 600 did tell.

I’ve done CrossFit, body pump, etc and this is the best in my opinion! Nikki in 2020: Don’t rule it out.

Highly recommend trying one class to see!I just started OrangeTheory a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it so far! Even in this condition, I have had no issues completing the OTF classes, and thanks to the heart rate monitors, I know I am still getting an amazing workout. Everyone finishes at the same time (it’s not a competition of who can be finished first like how CrossFit sometimes is). I really do think it’s one of the best workouts you can give your body. ‍♀️ Otherwise I have zero issues! I need her arms and Carrie Underwood’s legs. Do you think I would still benefit from the classes?I started the first few weeks going 2 times a week and now I go 4 to 5 times. I’m a total power walker! This is dependent on class size. I have my own goals and work hard to hit them, but being able to encourage and motivate others in the class and see them improve is the best feeling. It’s the same for everyone else, too! Thanks so much for all the post on OT!

I highly recommend it for anyone! They see all kinds of people and are just really happy to be helping them get fitter and healthier. As a mom, it’s honestly the most efficient and effective workout for my limited time. Everyone is welcoming and kind. I think what I love the most about it, in this season of having 3 younger kids, is that I show up 5-10 minutes before class starts, get a great workout for 55 minutes, and then leave and don’t have to think about it. LOL!  No one is forcing you to run faster. I was terrified to go but I went with a friend and loved it!! The coaches will tell you when to go to your base/push/all out, but you control your speed. I started with 8 classes a month and quickly upgraded to Unlimited.

You see, whereas folding blades (as their name suggests) fold in half, OTF knives don’t fold at all. If I was trying to join now it would be $159. Now I run at a steady 7 and actually enjoy it. The staff was so incredibly nice, encouraging, and didn’t pressure me into signing up. But I can truly say I’ve learned a ton about my own heart.

Pregnancy is not the time to decide to start a high intensity workout. Remove Item Quantity × Price; Your cart is empty. There are all shapes and sizes which is what I love about it, I never get bored and look forward to going! !Your first class is free—so if you are on the fence, go try one out!

But I kept at it and finally have gotten to a point where I feel good and am making progress. I’m now pregnant with #2 and just ran two miles in my last class! I think OTF has changed my understanding of what fit and healthy look like. It was intimidating to walk in the first time, but everyone is super nice and no one is really paying attention to anyone else. If you need to walk at any time, you can. What’s the collagen supplement that you use before OTF? They motivate you but not in a judgemental way at all.I work out next to college kids, and people in their 70’s. In a 3G, I like to start on the treadmill. They really take time to make sure you are doing the movements correctly and push you but not too far. I have seen changes in my body composition that 4 years of running alone did not get me. It was HARD. This year we raised the bar, as we know we can in all we do, once we knock down one obstacle our strength and resolve grows. With the inclines you get just has good of a workout! The cost keeps me motivated and I truly feel that you get the most bang for your buck here. I started going 2x a week and now have worked up to 4 times (if I can make it). I run hot and that’s ok. Everyone’s body is different. Here’s a small example ; I seriously couldn’t do one men’s push-up , now I can do about 8 correctly.
