But after the mac update today it has just stopped working. 9 months later and still the same problems here.

I can still click around in the Logitech Options app, but it does not affect my connected mouse. Click Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > USB Settings > USB Selective Suspend Setting.

This has been an issue before after doing a certain update for the Mac OS 10.14.x and the Logitech Options Software. !Same here. It seems that you are using an older version of Logitech Options.
