Without prejudicing Telecom Italia Sparkle's defence which it will pursue with maximum vigour to demonstrate its lack of involvement in the alleged offences, in the event of a conviction under Leg. Voice traffic data and the relative costs and revenues were analysed for the years 2005-2009, with particular focus on the parent Telecom Italia Sparkle. Daniele Mancuso became Chief Marketing Solutions & Business Development Officer for Sparkle Group in September 2019.Prior to that he was Director Architecture & Engineering. He began his career in in 1991 in a Software House dealing with Robotics applied to Agriculture and, in 1993, he moved to Telecom Italia’s domestic Transmission department, focusing on the migration from PDH to SDH technology. From August 2016 he held the position of Director of Innovation & Engineering, in charge of the engineering and deployment of Voice, Mobile, IP and & Data Platforms as well as of Submarine Cables, ICT Security Processes & Platforms and Datacenters & Cloud Infrastructures, while leading the Network Innovation and Evolution processes.He holds a degree in Business and Economics and before joining the TIM Group he worked as a consultant and collaborated with the University of Chieti as Lecturer.Enrico Bagnasco has been appointed Chief Technology Officer in September 2019.In January 2013 Daniele was appointed Director of Engineering, IT & Security of Sparkle Mediterranean & Balkan Region where, since 2001, he has been holding several positions within Engineering & Operations departments. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer of TIM Brasil, which he joins in 2008 after acquiring an extensive international experience as Corporate Controller of Telecom Italia Mobile international Subsidiaries.Claudio Zezza has been appointed Vice President Administration, Finance and Control in November 2014.Claudio joins Telecom Italia Group in 1990 and his first years he manages several activities, among others Strategic and Planning & Control, International Business and Financial Plans, Consolidation and Reporting, Investor Relations, Merger and Acquisition.

Sparkle is TIM Group’s fully owned Global Operator, first international service provider in Italy and among the top ten worldwide. On completion of the internal investigation, which was undertaken with the assistance of independent tax consultants, in June 2007commercial relations with the above-mentioned parties were terminated for precautionary reasons. This was partly due to restrictions imposed by the ongoing legal proceedings, as well as by labour law and privacy protection legislation. On 23 February 2010 Telecom Italia Sparkle was served with a court order as part of an ongoing criminal investigation. In this role he has contributed, through various initiatives and international partnerships with key global digital players, to develop innovation in TIM and in Italy, also coordinating TIM’s 5G project, thus receiving several awards including the “Premio Nazionale dell’Innovazione” (National Innovation Award) in 2016, 2017 and 2018.Prior to that, from 1988 up to 2016, he worked for Rai - Radiotelevisione Italiana, the Italian public broadcaster, covering several positions of increasing responsibility, starting from Labor Dispute, passing through Industrial Relationships, and Development of Managers and Journalists. The contracts were subject to comparative analysis (against contractual practice with other operators) and the biggest contracts were individually scrutinised and discussed. As part of the investigation, Telecom Italia assessed its VAT position and particularly the tax paid with regard to the above-mentioned commercial transactions.
