After only 15 months, the freezer suddenly shut down on Dec. 24th, then a week later (while we were waiting on replacement parts) the entire fridge shut down.

My husband is still in awe how they can do business like this. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product. Someone called me back a few days later and asked me for approval again. So you might say why not get another phone? I called customer service.
Isn't it interesting that the first person said I could get a refund, but once I found my receipt that wasn't their policy? But we're actually only 7 miles away from Lowe's AND Home Depot in which they supply product too and also only 5 miles away from Costco. I was one of the first place winners.
So, in 10 months, I have had this refrigerator out for 7 weeks. Have video surveillance around my entire home, and downloaded the video tape of the time they stated delivery was made with 30 minutes on front and backend of the time they said deliver was made. Well he fixed it all right.
Just spent four hours of my day on the phone with Executive Customer Service ... first person, Elena, asked me if I had my receipt. It's so aggrivating to be stuck with such a slow almost unusable phone. My next step is to have my attorney contact them and ship them a copy of the downloaded video as evidence that nothing was delivered as stated on their end. I really hate that along with all of you I am having so many problems and having to sever ties with Samsung.The customer service is worse than terrible. But the only thing they have done us cause more problems.
Did I mention this is my 2nd galaxy s3 in a matter of a month in a half. Like an idiot I called Samsung, never having dealt with them before, I should have taken it back to the store I purchased it from. We called immediately and filed a claim.
Samsung is the worst! well after 30 days and numerous calls to them they tell me to wait for their accounting team to contact me about the refund. Simply put - Samsung products SUCK!
From mid October to now I can't even tell you how many times WE have had to call them to get information.

I will not be buying a Samsung Refrigerator that's for sure and will be telling everyone what I have gone through and how I was treated and how their customer service can't tell me samething,I've been told different things each time I call and you never get to talk to same person,just very disappointed in a company this big,and how they do not honor or respect their customers,or products. I've talked to their "Supervisors" if that's what you'd even consider them and they've said they'd forward me internally to their "Exchange & Refund Dept". My son is an attorney in Ft. Worth. If I ever get a correct code to use on their internet site I will find something for the price if the gift code only.
