The scallops melted in your mouth, Brussels sprouts were nice and crispy, ragout was hearty, and the chicken was so moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The caramelized brussel sprouts are amazing, and the crab cakes are some of the best I've had; almost all crab meat with just enough filling to keep it together.
