By establishing a 250,000 sf floorplate, the design team created vast interior spaces and a high ceiling—designed using advanced computer modeling—with geometric undulations that yields more intimate zones. Atelier Ten analyzed the building’s visual and thermal comfort to create a healthy, comfortable, energizing workplace to support employee creativity and innovation.
