Based on the comments in this thread I think I will try AutoSleep next.I use Autosleep and I like the Lights Off feature where you press it to let it know that you’re about to sleep. After one night I was unimpressed and so asked them to delete my account. It got to be annoying so I stopped using it.Sleep Watch worked from the beginning for me and I find the data easier to digest at a glance.The best way to compare all three apps is to use all three at once and choose which one suits you best after giving them a go for a few days.I am trying the donation ware app called sleep++ it ha an automatic sleep detection featureBeen using AutoSleep for months, and just started using Sleep Watch.Initial differences seem to be that AutoSleep is very hands off after the initial configuration - it doesn’t bother you, and it’s very very accurate (it can pick up naps and interrupted sleep and stuff like that). I sometimes have to tweak some settings when it overestimates or underestimates my sleep but I’m really impressed with how well it’ll capture me randomly napping for 20 mins on my couch on a Saturday afternoon. I gave Pillow another go when the Apple Watch app was released but it used up so much battery. That was unacceptable to me so I’ve given up on it but I can see why it’s so popular.Sleep Watch requires an account, which made me suspicious. They got back to me within 24 hours with excellent, detailed instructions on how to fix it.Autosleep is bloated. pillow wants to end the sleep cycle then and does not seem to start another until a couple hours later if at all. After watching your review I tried AutoSleep and was very impressed.
